1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mm444 ("mm444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mm444.app website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all products and services made available through those properties, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and the mm444 VIP programme.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, accessing your account, or placing a wager of any kind on the mm444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or access any real-money features of the platform.

mm444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mm444 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the mm444 platform and all real-money services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. mm444 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. Age verification documentation may be requested at any stage of your account lifetime.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from mm444 or from any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion is applicable.
• Personal use only: You must be acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of mm444 or any of its game technology providers where such a restriction applies.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using mm444's services is lawful in their jurisdiction. mm444 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location beyond the Bangladesh market for which the platform is designed. Players accessing mm444 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk.

3Account Registration and Management

To access real-money features on mm444, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. All information provided during registration must be truthful, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the mm444 platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or any other identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses, promotions, or winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be voided.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your mm444 login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. mm444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Contact details: You must maintain a valid, accessible email address and phone number on your account at all times. Outdated contact information that prevents mm444 from reaching you does not exempt you from compliance with these Terms.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): mm444 may at any time request identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.
• Account security: You must notify mm444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. mm444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

mm444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

mm444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

The minimum deposit amount at mm444 is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and per account tier. VIP members benefit from higher transaction limits and prioritised withdrawal processing. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section after login.

• Own-name payments only: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name. Payments made from or to third-party accounts, borrowed wallets, or other players' mobile financial service accounts will be rejected and may trigger an account review.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your mm444 account balance instantly. In rare cases of technical delay, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. Contact support at [email protected] if a deposit is not credited within this window.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard operating hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal verification: mm444 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention measure.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on mm444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). mm444 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency.

5Bonus and Promotions Policy

mm444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

1. Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
2. One bonus per promotion per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via multiple accounts or by abusing referral structures — constitute bonus abuse and are subject to the consequences described in Section 7.
3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer games. Specific contribution rates are published in the terms accompanying each offer.
4. Bonus expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the validity window stated in the offer, and wagering requirements not met within the active period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are non-recoverable.
5. mm444 VIP Programme: VIP points and tier rewards are governed by the VIP programme terms displayed within each player's account dashboard. VIP tier definitions, cashback rates, and reward redemption rules may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice to members.
6. mm444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting promotional structures in bad faith, or who are identified as advantage players whose activity is inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion, may have that promotion voided and their account reviewed.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on mm444 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

mm444 uses only games whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games stream from professionally managed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, using real cards, wheels, and dealers. • Odds and market changes: mm444 reserves the right to correct any clearly erroneous odds published due to technical or human error before bets are settled. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds — where the error is or should reasonably be obvious to the player — may be voided.
• Disconnection policy: If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's default completion rules. mm444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side network or device failures.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the mm444 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using mm444 to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds connected to any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. mm444 actively monitors transaction patterns for indicators of financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players at live dealer tables, poker-format games, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is prohibited.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the mm444 platform on your behalf — in a manner not explicitly permitted by mm444 — is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial services provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your mm444 account is considered fraud. mm444 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to close accounts where chargebacks are filed in bad faith.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviours to gain an advantage that would not exist under correct game operation is prohibited. Any winnings resulting from known exploits may be voided.

8Account Suspension and Closure

mm444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspicious transaction activity, confirmed underage gambling, account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, mm444 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance held may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed as described on the Responsible Gaming page. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period of six months.
